We finally found the dog we wanted to adopt... :) yay. Me and Grace went and picked her up today. She is just the sweetest girl. We very much love her and are glad we helped a dog in need. That was the lesson for us. I'm so glad we all decided that rescuing a dog would be best

I didn't get any pics from our wild river country trip because we were way to busy riding the slides. :) I did get some from the bowling trip Saturday night. Me, Grace, and Macy were on a team and we beat Syd, Haley, and Jimmy. Hehe that's right. It was fun.

Thursday night we decided to have a cook out and have Zach, Nicole, and Bladen over. We had so much fun!! The kids played so hard and so did the grown ups!! Me and the girls played trouble and of course Sydney won! She is like the trouble champ in this house! Way to go Syd! :) That night Jimmy and Grace passed out around 11 or so. Me and the other girls stayed up until 1:30! We made us a big pallet in the floor and were going to watch a scary movie. By the time I got the movie in and going all three of them were passed out!! We had tons of fun.

We woke up at 6 this morning to go out to the peach orchard to pick some veggies! Yummy! We were going to get come nectarines and peaches but I just didn't find any. Plus we are veggies lovers! Well me and Grace are....! We picked some tomato's (her fav.) and some squash (my fav.) Grace had some blackberry's for a snack while picking. Gigi, Mimi, and Ami/Autumn came with us and we had a good time. MY SWEET PEA SUMMER 2009

swimming pool fun....

We got one of those Inex pools last year and since we lived in an apartment we really haven't had anywhere to put it....but since we are living in a house now we decided to bust the pool out. I really couldn't tell you why we waited so long. Its going to awesome for the kids!!

This weekend......

Gah this weekend has been the most insane busy weekend!! Since Friday we haven't stopped. We went to ihop for breakfast Friday and spent most of the day doing some stuff for me and Jimmy. We had to go to the river to try on some dresses for Autumns wedding in October. We hit up the fire work stand for the second time! lol We went out for diner with Mimi and Pa at US Pizza. May I add that it was terrible!! When the sun went down we headed out to the river again to shoot some fireworks off on the sand bar. Jimmy picked out a big one for our finally and it was AWESOME!!! Saturday Jimmy and I had some more errands to run and we hit up the firework warehouse again for a third time! lol We got some very awesome fireworks this time around. We went and rented some video games and tried to wait out the rain. We headed to the country club at sun down to watch the firework show. Well it started to sprinkle and then to lightning so we headed to Mimi's to drop Gracie of to spend the night. Jimmy and I went to a get together/pool party at an old friend of mines house. We had so much fun. Except for getting thrown in the pool 3 times! Thanks guys. :) Yesterday we picked Gracie up early and headed out to Heber. We stopped at our special place in town for lunch for some yummy food. The lake was packed!!! The best part of the trip was watching Gracie jump one of the cliffs..... it was not the huge ones that momma jumps off of but it was about an 8 footer!! It was funny because there were kids 3x her size and adults that wouldn't do it and Grace did. I didn't take many pics but enjoy what I did get. poot was scared of the fireworks or maybe just wanted to drive the tractorJimmy and Jeremy lighting some fireworksgetting sprayed with bug sprayMe and my honeyAmi and Grace on the sandbardoes it get any better??
