Autumn's last night out.....

Ya know I don't really know why they call it "your last night out" because its not. Anyway this past weekend we had Autumn's bachalorette party. We hung out at the river and built a fire drank some beer and other drinks. Autumn made mexican chicken and I brought a cake. We watched the hogs game. We all had a lot of fun.... even they guys that got to come. lol

Dance and Gym

We started ballet, tap, and gym a couple weeks ago. Her class this year is a little bigger than last year. I got to hear the songs they are doing in their recital last night when I was in taking pictures. I have a feeling it is going to be soooo cute!! She love doing ballet and tap, but I think next year when she is old enough we are going to do Gymnastics for a year and see how that goes.

Go Eagles

We went to my little cousins first football game last night. Vilonia vs. Greenbrier. They didn't win and we got just a little wet but it was neat to watch him play. When he was a baby my mom used to babysit him so it is strange that he is now in 7th grade, playing football, and taller than me. Can't wait for the next game Matthew!

Bachelorette partys galore.... Krissy's

I have two bachelorette party's month. Krissy's was last weekend. Here is a picture of her with her gift I got her. It was sooo cute!! I wanted to get me one! After the lingerie party we did dinner and headed to the electric cowboy. Fun times. They are going to Florida to get married and will be having a reception at the roof top at Michelangelo's. Congrats Billy and Krissy!!

My Best Friends Wedding part I

August 29th Jessica and Joe got married!! I am so happy for them! She really lucked out and found one of those good guys that are out there.... somewhere! The wedding was beautiful. She was gorgeous!! After the reception on of their friends that knows the owner of Wild River Country called and had the park opened for just us!! It was so soooo awesome. We got there about 10:oo and had free run of whatever we wanted expect the wave pool wasn't on. We got to bring the DJ from the wedding and the alcohol. We had so much fun. Look forward to the part II of the wedding photos. :) Congrats Joe and Henry. I love you both very much!

Happenings in our home....

Well I haven't been doing much blogging lately. We have just been way busy the past two weeks. The funny thing is this week is going to be so much busier! We have parent night tonight for Gracie's school. Kinda like meeting the teacher and seeing her classroom, cafeteria, all that good stuff. I got rid of my car. (The Bat Mobile) :( It was very bittersweet. Gracie cried because we had to leave it with the new owner. She cried and it made me cry. How silly is that. Its the only car she has ever known though bless her heart. Jimmy and I are heading out Friday for a little rod trip to Branson for my birthday. Saturday Mom, Dad, and Grace are coming up to go to Silver Dollar City. Man I am ready for some roller coasters!!! I think we are going to go to the Titanic Museum too. So that will be fun. We were supposed to go to Dallas but man how I hate that scenery and traffic!!! NO thank you. I would much rather drive through beautiful northern Arkansas. I never thought I would be saying this but I am ready for summer to end! Ready for it to cool down.

Sunday was a wonderful day. We had lunch a Fuji. (its been a while) Then we headed home to pick Maggie up and go to the river! The dogs didn't get along at first. Poot is very protective for a little guy. Mom, Grace, Jimmy, and Me rode the 4 wheelers down the the "swimming hole" on the sand bar behind the house. It was HOT!! Maggie had such a good time just running and swimming. She loves loves loves to swim and chase birds!! Looks like we have a duck dog on our hands! :) Before to long Grace was soaked and down to her panties! I got talked into doing a belly flop with my clothes on! I shouldn't have worn jeans that day!! We had so much fun and we for sure be makin' another trip with Mags this week, she loved it!! So did Grace.

We finally found the dog we wanted to adopt... :) yay. Me and Grace went and picked her up today. She is just the sweetest girl. We very much love her and are glad we helped a dog in need. That was the lesson for us. I'm so glad we all decided that rescuing a dog would be best

I didn't get any pics from our wild river country trip because we were way to busy riding the slides. :) I did get some from the bowling trip Saturday night. Me, Grace, and Macy were on a team and we beat Syd, Haley, and Jimmy. Hehe that's right. It was fun.

Thursday night we decided to have a cook out and have Zach, Nicole, and Bladen over. We had so much fun!! The kids played so hard and so did the grown ups!! Me and the girls played trouble and of course Sydney won! She is like the trouble champ in this house! Way to go Syd! :) That night Jimmy and Grace passed out around 11 or so. Me and the other girls stayed up until 1:30! We made us a big pallet in the floor and were going to watch a scary movie. By the time I got the movie in and going all three of them were passed out!! We had tons of fun.

We woke up at 6 this morning to go out to the peach orchard to pick some veggies! Yummy! We were going to get come nectarines and peaches but I just didn't find any. Plus we are veggies lovers! Well me and Grace are....! We picked some tomato's (her fav.) and some squash (my fav.) Grace had some blackberry's for a snack while picking. swimming pool fun....

We got one of those Inex pools last year and since we lived in an apartment we really haven't had anywhere to put it....but since we are living in a house now we decided to bust the pool out. I really couldn't tell you why we waited so long. Its going to awesome for the kids!!
